There are many types of low slope roof systems out here to choose from. We would like to offer a few which we think can give a home the longest leak free roof at a reasonable price.
First it important to put safety first. Therefore we feel it s best to look at a roof that can be installed without any hazards to your home or property. Our best roof is a 20 year Rubber (EPDM) roof membrane it is install over a 1 inch ISO insulation board ,fully adhered with adhensives, and terminated using a metal bar mechanically fasten to the existing structures .This roof has very few seams and can with stand water as well as a pool .
Our next best is a Modified Roof membrane and is applied with either a cold process or a torch applied.
It can be a single ply or a 2 ply. Our warranty is a 15 or a 10 year . This roof does not handle standing water as well as the Rubber roof .There are other s we just don't recommend them.
