Vinyl vent flashing using in same manner as lead flashing. Keep in mind that most all types of Plumbing vent pipe flashing will break down at the seal. Lead vent will give you the assurance of a life time. There is a cost difference for lead flashings so make sure which flashing are being using around your vent pipes. |

Above is a low sloped roof cricket joining to roof area one to each side. The problem is the cricket size and low slope has caused water to pool in areas not able to handle to water therefore causing the roof to leak. |
