Whether you own a single family home, a small business, or manage small or larger commercial properties, we can create a watertight warranty for your roof(s).
For more than two decades, we have strongly believed that a professional roof warranty that speaks more to the comfort and protection of a customer than to a series of escape clauses is invaluable to the quality of life for anyone who has shelled out good money for just such protection from the elements. Considering the impact of troubleshooting leaks and other costly repairs, a GOOD roof warranty offers an aggressive hedge and real value in protecting that initial new roof investment, and this is especially important in these harsh economic times should one need to extend the life of an older roof when one’s purchasing power in terms of buying a new roof is limited.
Here is what we offer in a nutshell
We provide a NON-PRORATED roofing warranty to property owners regardless of age, type of material, or who installed it. Our warranty covers any leaks related to roof material and flashing, materials that fail due to workmanship, or material failure that causes a roof to leak.
Items NOT Covered by Our Warranty (Note the standard-sized print)
1. Anything that does not cause the roof to leak, such as siding or stucco leak.
2. Chimney chase or cap. Skylights (flashing at tie to roofing material is included in warranty.
3. Any ACT OF GOD, such as high winds, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
4. Tree damage. Vandalism.
5. Any changes made to the roof structure.
6. Repairs made to the roof structure.
7. Repairs to the interior, or any merchandise in the interior.
8. Structural repair to framing or roof decking.
9. Gutters or drainage pipes or roofs or gutters.
Transfer your Roofing Remedies™ warranty

I know I’m a bit late to this post, but I stumbled across it though google… and I’m curious, how long is a typical roof warranty good for?
I mean, the average roof can go 10-20 years before it gets replaced. So is the warranty more of a long term investment; or is it simply there to insure nothing goes wrong immediately… so you can have confidence that it was installed properly?

Thank you for you question,
To your point, Roofing Remedies is a roof management company. We offer various non-prorated warranty packages which begin with a professional inspection and a promise that we will maintain a watertight roof free of defects over the entire roofing area for the amount of time stipulated by the contract. Should problems appear before the policy expires, Roofing Remedies is obligated to repair and remedy the problem without cost to the policy-holder.
I hope this answers your question, but please feel free to use this board to answer any other questions you might have…

A Roofing Remedies warranty can be purchased on a roofing system, generally, regardless of its age, or who installed it. Most manufacturer warranties are riddled with small print exemptions which leave the roof owner helpless when a leak develops. Many roofing companies will charge to repair a leak, but only warranty it for 90 days or not at all.
Again, this is where a Roofing Remedies “Watertight Roof Management” policy can be of great benefit, protecting both the customer’s pocketbook and one’s peace of mind by purchasing a term contract.
